It is a good budget hotel and I loved its warm rooms and supper friendly personnel. Found in a great part of the town. Need to be mentioned that there were variety of restaurants to eat, like Cracker Barrel that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Late check out too.

The room was relaxing, they served extraordinary breakfast and there was gorgeous staff. We got a room with a sauna. Liked Knoxville, the hotel was enchanting. The service was efficient here.

We loved the silent rooms and small garden. A sandy beach, perfect view. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from grace lutheran church. Though you guys made our stay best, beds were horrible. Restaurant on site was nice.

So glad we choose it, it's great place for staying in Knoxville.

Delightful breakfast with good choice of options, stylish and fairly clean place. The bedroom was great size and the bed was very soft. Staff were fast and made our stay there fabulous. It was near the highway, several restaurants, pleasant location overall.

Spotless hotel, large beds, tasty breakfasts and best staff. The room was huge and warm enough, I slept well. I liked the great service here. Besides, there was excellent wifi, had no problem with it.

If going to Knoxville one more time I would stay here again. Perfect view, a good balcony, fine bed, too. Perfect breakfast, spectacular service. Good lobby.

It was a really really nice stay, highly courteous staff. The room was elegant, non-smoking with 2 queen beds. The food choices were superb.

The room was extremely spacious, location was MARVELLOUS, really enjoyable visit. West Knoxville district won't disappoint you. And I was right by the water park. A lot variety of options, pretty good food. The early check-in process too.

All-inclusive hotel with absolutely breathtaking views as a bonus. Lots of various drinks, such as coffee, tea and wines in the bar. The location was unbeatable, in the delightful area. I visited a beach restaurant and loved the Indian meals they offer

Wi-Fi was bad.

We loved this place, everything was wonderful. Plenty of supplies in the room: free wireless internet access and TV set. Pool was heated too. Moreover, free WiFi worked throughout the property.

the room was tidy, traditional decor, plus the staff was warm. they made my stay fab.

Overall it was a such wonderful stay. Compact room, large bathroom, lovely beds. The absolutely amazing staff there were eager to help. I went to an excellent restaurant and loved the Peruvian dishes. Small garden and good pool.

The location was so comfortable and the bfast staff were fairly good! There were television and complimentary WiFi in the room, loved that.

Hotel is surprisingly quiet and everything was fabulous. Overall, absolutely amazing stay because of the pleasant staff members.
